Ayurvedic massage aims to create peace and harmony in the body, detoxing and aligning to a calm, centered state of balance. Combining knowledge of the body with consideration of the clients’ dosha (individual Ayurvedic constitution) & the energy centres to treat the whole person – mentally, physically, emotionally. Ayurvedic massage can be used to treat a specific issue/condition, be included as part of a broader Ayurvedic treatment plan or simply be for the purposes of relaxation
